It’s been 11 days since Google Bangladesh’s DNS (Domain Name Server) was hacked by a Pakistani hacker and it seems that it’s compromised once again. This time alongside with Robi Axiata Limited, Banglalink, The Daily Ittefaq’s DNS.

Many internet users are reporting that they were unable to reach https://www.google.com.bd , https://robi.com.bd , https://www.ittefaq.com.bd & https://www.banglalink.com.bd approximately from around 11.30 AM.

Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited’s .bd domain registration lookup is showing that the Google Bangladesh Domain’s registrant contact is [email protected]

Around 12 PM some internet users reported that they were redirected to a Facebook profile named Sayzar Rahman Akash” while trying to visit those sites. The last from his ID reads that he did this to make people realize how vulnerable BTCL’s security system is as tons of more .bd websites can be can be shut off or redirected.

The hacker has also appealed to the state minister of the Post and Telecommunications Division Tarana HalimState Minister of ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh to ensure the cybersecurity in order to full fill the vision of Digital Bangladesh.
